Is Olipop Actually Good For You?
It's difficult to change to a healthier lifestyle, and finding nutritious foods to buy can be much more difficult. Many foods and drinks branded as "healthier" are loaded with artificial preservatives and unhealthy artificial sweeteners, but Olipop soda is the newest brand to reach the healthy area, and they appear to be healthy.
Olipop soda is the first beverage backed by dieticians as a healthier alternative to standard sodas, created from all-natural components, including chicory root and stevia leaf, and has no additives like high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. It has 9 grams of fiber per serving and, depending on the flavor, only 2 to 3 grams of total sugar per serving.
While ideally, your dietician and doctors would prefer you to hydrate with water, Olipop is a better alternative than traditional sodas, which contain as much as 39 grams or double the recommended daily sugar intake. Olipop is a refreshing, soda-like beverage that's low in sugar and brings a bit of fiber to your daily diet.
